About our association

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Heron Walk Homeowners Association is to enhance and protect the value, attractiveness, and desirability of the lots constituting Heron Walk Subdivision, so that all of the subdivision shall be benefited and each successive owner of any lot in Heron Walk shall be benefited by the preservation of the value and character of these lands.

Members

Each Owner shall be a member of the Association and shall remain a member until ceasing to be an Owner. The Association's Board of Directors, made up of both elected officers and appointed officers, shall consist of seven (7) directors, who need not be members of the Association. The officers of this Association shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and a Treasurer and three (3) other voting members. This board will assume the responsibility of the collections of all HOA dues, the unkempt of the common grounds, and all rules and restrictions, paying of all Association bills and other duties.
